I believe that a well prepared listing is executed with all of the pieces in order ahead of the list date - this includes photography, floor plans, a marketing plan, a schedule for showings and open houses as well as framework for strong marketing and advertising once the listing is launched.

My goal is to streamline the process for my clients, while still ensuring that properties reach peak exposure in the market. Having bought and sold real estate personally, I understand many of the nuances and challenges involved.
